How to Apply Your Essential Oil Blend:

1. Shake Before Use: Gently shake the bottle to mix the oils thoroughly.

2. Fixate the Scent: To help the essential oils last longer, apply some sort of moisturiser (like  shea or mango butter) to your skin before applying the blend. This will help fixate the scent and provide a lasting effect.

3. Apply to Pulse Points: Roll the blend onto pulse points—such as wrists, temples, behind the ears, or the back of the neck—for better absorption and diffusion.

4. Reapply as Needed: Use the roll-on throughout the day  based on the blend’s purpose.

5. Avoid Sensitive Areas: Keep away from eyes, mouth, and broken skin. For external use only.

Citrus Aurantium Bergamia Peel Oil(Bergamot) – fresh, uplifting.
Citrus Aurantium Amara Flower Oil(Neroli) – light, floral, slightly bitter.
