Because Blume is a surface level botanical cosmetic, consistent hydration and daily environmental protection are essential to prevent new darkening and maintain your results.

Results :  Visible improvements in skin clarity and tone typically appear within 3  to 4 weeks of consistent weekly use (1 up to 2 times per week).

We recommend an evening routine : 

1. The Evening Application : Your skin does its best repair during sleep time. Applying Nila during your evening routine allows the nutrients to stabilise without interference from the sun or pollution. 

2.  Thick Based Gel mixture : Mix one measure of Nila powder with two measures of a hydrating base, such as sea moss gel or Greek yogurt , until it reaches a smooth. The creamy texture ensures minerals are absorbed evenly and "glued" to the skin to lock in moisture, preventing both dryness and the temporary staining often caused by thinner, watery mixtures. 

3. Timing:  Apply to clean skin for 8 10 minutes and rinse while still damp to draw out impurities without causing the dehydration that occurs when masks crack.

4. Frequency : Apply once or twice weekly  as over use can cause irritation while a steady habit effectively fades dark spots.

5. The Gentle Rinse : Finish with a lukewarm rinse to thoroughly remove the natural pigment while preserving your skin’s essential oils and calming the complexion.

Choose Your Regime

Option 1: The Continuous Path

Advantage: Best for,  persistent dark spots, deep seated hyperpigmentation, and uneven tone.

The Method: A 6 month commitment of weekly applications.

The Benefit: Because skin is continually rebuilding itself, a steady supply of minerals is required to shift the complexion from dullness to lasting radiance. 

Option 2: The Cycle Path

Advantage: Best for, seasonal skin stress, environmental damage, or occasional "ashiness."

The Method: 3 months on, 1 month off.

The Benefit: This approach focuses on clearing pollutants and alkalizing the skin surface to refresh a stressed complexion. A short pause after three months allows the skin to stabilise its natural balance once the environmental "toxic load" has been reduced.

Application Frequency

To ensure your skin remains bright without becoming overstimulated, follow these guidelines:

• Normal to Sensitive Skin: Use 1x per week.

• Acne-Prone or Oily Skin: Use 1–2x per week.

• For Brightening Treatment: Use weekly for 3 - 6 months, then taper to monthly for maintenance.

Important: Do not use daily. Nila Powder is highly active and can overstimulate the skin if used too frequently.

To maintain a glowing skin we suggest the following: 

* Exfoliate: Weekly or bi-weekly, depending on sensitivity.

* Nourish: Use your preferred lipid to feed the skin - do not forget to hydrate your skin with drinking plenty of water. 

Note : Excessive sugar triggers "glycation," which damages collagen and fuels the inflammation that leads to dullness and reactive pigmentation. To keep skin resilient and clear, aim to limit added sugar to 15g per day. Reducing this further will significantly enhance your radiance.
